Strength Training - Free weights and other specialized equipment like Cybex and BTE help improve your physical strength, performance and ability to avoid future injury. EMG biofeedback help retrain muscle activation.
Cardiovascular conditioning -Stairclimber, treadmill, stationary bicycle, elliptical, upper body ergometer, and other equipments are utilized for vital exercises.
Aquatic therapy- Exercises and walking training with assisted or against water current and continuous swimming with various controled speed in the Endless Pool with three depths . Patient of all size can access the pool through a Sure Hands Lift System.
